A certified ADSAC (Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course) assessment is required in Oklahoma for individuals whose driver's license has been revoked due to alcohol or drug-related offenses. This assessment evaluates the individual's substance use history and behavior, determining the necessary steps for license reinstatement.

Learn practical ways to manage stress, emotions, and triggers in a supportive, judgment-free space. This 90-minute group, led by a licensed counselor, is limited to nine (9) participants to allow for personalized support. Each session covers tools like grounding, mindfulness, and emotion regulation to help you build real-life coping skills and feel more in control.

Groups will be held on 1st and 3rd Tuesday evenings of each month at 7:00 P.M.
Virtual via Google Meet
Must be registered 48 hours prior to session to ensure there are enough participants. If not, it will be cancelled for that evening.

Must complete an intake to be assessed for criteria

A 50-minute one-on-one session where the focus is on supporting personal growth and healing, whether you're working through addiction, mental health challenges, or other life struggles.
