Supporting Your Path to Meaningful Change

Welcome

I’m Nichole Baker, a licensed alcohol, drug, and mental health counselor based in Oklahoma. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in a variety of settings—including residential programs, community-based services, and primarily outpatient care. This range of experience has deepened my understanding of how to meet people where they are, with respect, compassion, and practical support.

I know that navigating life can feel like a constant balancing act. When you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, it’s not always easy to know where to start. That’s where our work together begins. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, rooted in the belief that you already hold the strength and insight needed to move forward—you just don’t have to do it alone.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns and root causes that may be holding you back and create a plan that aligns with your values, goals, and unique story. I work from a holistic, evidence-based perspective—drawing from approaches like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness—to support your healing in a way that feels right for you.

This is a journey we’ll take side by side—with you in the lead and me here to guide with care, curiosity, and consistency. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and ready for what’s next.

When you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help you get there.
